This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a concierge medical program within a rapidly growing medical practice committed to innovation and excellence. The physician will serve as the clinical leader responsible for continuing to build and scale our concierge medicine program. This physician will provide high-touch, relationship-driven care while developing systems that allow our concierge medicine division to grow into a leading destination for preventive, longevity-focused medical care. This individual will help design patient care pathways, oversee clinical protocols, and lead the strategic expansion of our concierge medical program. Provide comprehensive concierge primary care to a curated panel of patients Deliver proactive, prevention-focused medical care Conduct comprehensive health evaluations and advanced diagnostic reviews Develop individualized health optimization plans for patients Coordinate specialty referrals and outside testing when appropriate Serve as the central physician guiding patients long-term health strategy and oversee advanced practice providers and nursing care Work with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers and nurses Lead the continued development of our concierge medicine program Help design a systems-based approach to health optimization, evaluating each major health system over the course of the year (cardiac, metabolic, hormonal, mental health, musculoskeletal, etc.) Develop care protocols, testing frameworks, and patient education strategies Identify opportunities to expand services related to longevity and preventative medicine Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with our leadership team to grow the concierge division Collaborate with providers across other division of care, such as aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness services Help mentor and guide advanced practice providers as the program grows Onboard physicians as the program scales Participate in strategic planning related to clinical growth Deliver an exceptional concierge-level patient experience Maintain strong, long-term physician-patient relationships Provide accessible, responsive communication with patients when needed Help maintain the culture of excellence that defines our brand We are seeking a physician who is experienced in internal medicine with an interest in preventive medicine, health optimization, hormone health and weight management, longevity medicine and proactive healthcare Excited about helping build and grow a program and overseeing advanced practice providers Collaborative and aligned with a team-based culture of excellence We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward both clinical excellence and program growth.
