The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all revenue streams, brand building, marketing, and communications, with a focus on driving the success of resource generation. This includes setting a comprehensive and compelling strategic vision, harmonizing the efforts of a large resource generation team, and building an integrated and diversified fundraising approach. The CAO will also be tasked with promoting a culture of philanthropy, enabling intentional growth, and sustaining the organization's financial health. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CAO will inform organization-wide priorities, participate in decision-making, and lead high-performing teams to serve the needs of the organization. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in leading resource generation in nonprofit settings, with a proven track record of success. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current trends in fundraising, marketing, and the global health landscape, as well as experience in change management and cultivating buy-in. The CAO must be a collaborative leader, capable of building trusted relationships both within and outside the organization, and should demonstrate the core values and competencies of the company.
