Client Service Advisor – Wealth ManagementAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and client focused Client Service Advisor to join our wealth management team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of existing clients, delivering consistent, high-quality service and building trusted long-term relationships. This is primarily a relationship servicing role, you will be responsible for maintaining and deepening an established client base, ensuring every client feels valued and well cared for.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the day to day contact for an assigned portfolio of existing clients, proactively anticipating and responding to their needsConduct regular client reviews to assess financial goals, life changes, and portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with each client's objectivesCoordinate with internal teams: including portfolio managers, financial planners, and operations to deliver seamless and cohesive serviceHandle client requests accurately and efficiently, including account maintenance, distributions, transfers, reporting, and documentationIdentify opportunities to deepen relationships by introducing relevant products, services, or specialists based on evolving client needsMaintain thorough and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, ensuring all interactions and action items are documentedMonitor client accounts for meaningful changes or life events that may require proactive outreachPrepare client reporting, meeting materials, and account summaries as neededEnsure all client interactions and activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policiesQualifications2–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client facing advisory roleBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Series 65/66 or CFP candidacy a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for client serviceFamiliarity with investment products and basic financial planning conceptsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a broad book of relationships efficientlyProficiency with CRM platforms and standard financial services toolsCommitment to discretion, integrity, and client confidentialityWhat We OfferA defined book of established client relationships from day oneCollaborative team environment with access to experienced advisors and planning resourcesCompetitive base salary, performance based incentivesA clear path for growth into more senior roles with the firm as you build your expertise and client rapport
