In this role, you will be responsible for delivering resilient, internal, full stack solutions across Credit Card Payments servicing, data, and platform layers. You'll own critical components end to end, leverage modern engineering practices, and help scale secure, compliant digital banking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.To be successful as a Full Stack Engineer, you should have:Experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java (JDK 17+), Spring Framework, and open-source technologies to build enterprise grade applicationsExperience working with Android/iOS applications as developerConsiderable experience building microservices using RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT, with a focus on scalability, security, and resiliencyValidated experience designing and developing Enterprise driven architectures using Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, or equivalent messaging platforms for high throughput, low latency systemsDevOps/CI/CD + Observability - GitLab or Jenkins and observability/monitoring tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)Other highly valued skills may include:Experience working with React or Angular, with an understanding of full stack design and UI to API integration patternsExperience in the Financial Services domain, with understanding of Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, and Risk & Control considerationsPractical exposure to Generative AI and/or Agentic AI, including integrating LLM based capabilities into applications or engineering workflows (e.g. intelligent services, automation, POCs or production use cases)Preferred Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, Glue etc.) and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, along with ample engineering practices including CI/CD
