The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and brings strong writing and administrative skills along with a proven track record of stability and longevity in previous roles.This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal setting, enjoys managing competing priorities, and values being part of a supportive, team-oriented culture.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative and legal support to 3-5 attorneysDraft, edit, and format professional written communications and legal documentsManage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and deadlinesMaintain and organize case files and documentationAssist with billing activities, including tracking and recording billable timeSupport litigation-related tasks as neededEnsure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to firm processesQualifications5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or ParalegalDemonstrated tenure and stability in prior positions (no frequent job changes)Strong written communication and editing skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilityComputer proficiency and comfort learning new systemsLitigation experience preferredProfessional, collaborative personality with strong interpersonal skills
