We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Manager or Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to join us in Toledo providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. This is position is ideal for someone looking to positively impact the lives of others and shape a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision:
Offer guidance and support to Home Supervisors, ensuring a consistent presence in the homes and collaborating closely with staff
Monitor service delivery components such as scheduling, documentation of client outcomes, and site visits to ensure service quality
Conduct regular site visits and staff evaluations to ensure adherence to performance standards and provide staff support
Maintain communication with guardians and external stakeholders
Staff Management:
Maintain a best-in-class workforce by overseeing staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing support
Ensuring staff are providing quality care in line with our company values
Provide after-hours on-call support for staffing and client emergencies
Quality Assurance and Compliance with DODD regulations:
Schedule and participate in plan meetings
Assist with medical appointments and medical coordination
Review incident and error reports.
On-Call Support:
Provide after-hour on-call assistance to address urgent client issues
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
Minimum of 3 years work with individuals with developmental disabilities
On-call availability
Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
CPR/First Aid certification

Proficient in computer-based data entry.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
