Good Samaritan Society - 1705 Prairie View Place - Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under supervision of a charge nurse; Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs; Possibly transfer, reposition, and assist with walking using proper techniques and equipment; Provide range of motion and passive exercises; assist with meals and dining; Document outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary; communicate changes to charge nurse
