DCH employees are based in Atlanta, Cordele and across the state.The Healthcare Facility Regulation Division (HFRD) is looking for Nurse Surveyors to help inspect healthcare facilities for rules and regulations compliance. Minimum requirements include being a Registered Professional Nurse, OR having a bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited college or university, AND 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.The Compliance Nurse 2, under general to limited supervision, conducts on-site surveys of long-term care facilities regulated by the state to determine compliance with applicable state and/or federal rules and regulations. This position may be asked to survey other facility types as needed.
