Dispatch Representative

Status: Full Time Employee Location: Davie, Florida Job Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Compile, schedule, assign and print work orders for system installations, service calls and change of services. Monitor locations of field personnel and develop approximate time schedules for Technicians to respond to work. Operate basic web application to retrieve subscriber account information and input data such as change of service, installation and rescheduling of service data. Maintain radio/phone communication with field personnel. Answers phones and customer calls during and after normal business hours. Compile, maintain and prepare various operational reports, logs and files. Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Requirements: Ability to work nights/weekends or flexible schedule. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Proficient with computers and various software programs. Technical knowledge of cable industry preferred. High school diploma or the recognized equivalent and six months to one year related experience and/or training. Ability to work overtime, as needed.
