General Surgery Northern Illinois Hospital-employed practice seeking BC/BE General Surgeon Base salary range: $500,000 $625,000 plus production-based bonus potential Full-time, broad-based traditional bread-and-butter general surgery Robotics experience strongly preferred (DV5 onsite) Laparoscopy required Non-cardiac thoracic interest a plus Breast focus or interest a plus Practice includes abdominal, breast, some endocrine, and limited trauma cases No bariatrics required Scoping optional per surgeon preference Onsite ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsies, and breast MRI available Call schedule: 1:4 Established team of 3 surgeons and 1 PA 99-bed independent community hospital offering services in 35 specialties Population: 26,000 Robust benefits package offered Located 2 hours west of Chicago and 1 hour east of the Mississippi River No visa sponsorship available
