Line Cook - BK
Under the direction of the Kitchen Lead, the Line Cook is responsible for prepare much of the food that comes out of
the kitchen ensuring all safety and food safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform various tasks related to food preparation.
Complete orders in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of personal hygiene.
Following all Company safety and food safety protocols.
Use kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, warmers and rollers.
Other responsibilities include stocking product, daily set up, breakdown and cleaning of assigned areas.
Maintain all food temperatures according to state health and safety laws.
Ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 16 years of age.
Must have at least six months kitchen experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
Ability to satisfy all physical demands including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
