We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Advanced Facility - Semiconductor recruiting team, with a dedicated focus on scaling our Semiconductor Design Engineering talent pipeline. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering full‑cycle recruiting solutions for some of the most technically complex and business‑critical engineering positions across our global Semiconductor portfolio.As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Professional, you’ll partner closely with leaders across our Semiconductor Business Unit to drive the hiring of highly specialized technical professionals who support the modernization, resilience, and expansion of critical utility infrastructure. You’ll ensure an exceptional candidate experience while executing recruiting strategies for roles such as Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Civil & Structural Engineers, Chemical, BIM/Design Technicians, and Project Management specialists. Your ability to identify, engage, and convert passive engineering talent across the Advanced Facility sector will be essential to your success.This role can be based in a Jacobs office, hybrid, or 100% remote, with minimal travel for key meetings as designated by the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager.Collaboration with business unit leaders and hiring managers is central to this position. Your responsibilities will span researching niche engineering roles, opening and managing requisitions, sourcing and cold‑calling passive candidates, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, negotiating and closing offers. You’ll maintain meticulous tracking of candidate activity and ensure timely communication throughout the process. You’ll build robust talent pipelines and project‑specific engineering rosters that accelerate future hiring.You’ll also prepare and deliver recruiting reports to share with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring manager teams. As a champion of Jacobs’ culture of inclusion, you’ll consistently promote “We live inclusion” and champion equal employment opportunity as a competitive advantage in your technical recruiting.Here's what you'll need8+ years of recruiting experience Minimum 2 years in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or technical environments supporting professional level roles.Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) - Avature preferred Demonstrated success building talent pipelines that accelerate hiring for hard‑to‑fill engineering rolesKnowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the USHigh level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; detail‑oriented, passionate, and intellectually curiousIdeally, You’ll Also HaveBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field of business administrationPrevious senior‑level in‑house recruiting experience supporting Semiconductor or mission‑critical engineering, or EPCM organizations within large cap, Fortune 500 environments Experience with advanced reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPointStrong planning and organizational skills to manage a high requisition workload (~30-50 reqs & ~10+ Exempt level / Senior Engineering hires per month)Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
