Project Manager - Datacenter Construction

*Project Manager – Commercial Construction | Phoenix, AZ* Our client is a well-established and growing commercial general contractor based in Phoenix, Arizona. They have built a strong reputation across the Valley for delivering complex projects with integrity, and they are looking to add a talented *Project Manager* to their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable organization that has a robust pipeline and a culture where project managers are trusted to lead. *The Opportunity* We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience on the GC side, with direct ownership of projects , ideally within the Datacenter & Mission Critical Space The ideal candidate is someone who runs a tight project financially, communicates proactively with owners and design teams, and partners effectively with field leadership to deliver results. *What You'll Be Doing* * Managing all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout * Owning the full project budget — cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management * Leading subcontractor procurement, scoping, buyout, and ongoing contract administration * Processing RFIs, submittals, and owner pay applications in a timely and organized manner * Running OAC meetings and serving as the primary point of contact for owners and architects * Developing and maintaining project schedules in close coordination with the Superintendent * Identifying risks early and resolving issues before they impact cost or schedule * Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the business continues to grow *What Our Client Is Looking For* * 5+ years of PM experience with a commercial general contractor — no exceptions * Demonstrated track record on projects between $15M and $50M from start to finish * Strong financial acumen — you understand a job cost report and own your numbers * Proficiency in Procore, Sage, or comparable platforms * Working knowledge of AIA contracts, CMGC, and Design-Build delivery methods * A communicator and relationship builder, not just an administrator * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred *Compensation & Benefits* * Base salary: competitive and commensurate with experience * Performance-based bonus * Vehicle allowance * Full benefits package — medical, dental, and vision * 401(k) with company match * Direct-hire, permanent placement — this is not a contract role Pay: $150,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
