Process Engineer

Title : Process Engineer Location: Columbus, OH | 100% Onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 12+ Months Pay Rate : $40-55/hr on W2 ( DOE )About the Role We are seeking Process Engineers to support pharmaceutical process scale-up, technology transfer, validation, and commercial manufacturing readiness for small molecule products. The role will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Development, and external partners to support product launches and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport process validation, technology transfer, and scale-up activities.Provide technical support for commercial manufacturing operations.Develop and update batch records and manufacturing documentation.Support product launches, validation campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives.Identify process risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and drive improvements.Support CAPA, process improvement, and continuous improvement activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific field.Experience in pharmaceutical process engineering and process validation.Experience with technology transfer, scale-up, manufacturing support, and batch record development.Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with oral solid dosage (OSD) and/or liquid products.Small molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.Experience with Minitab or statistical analysis.Experience supporting commercial launches, CAPA, process improvements, and lifecycle management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
