The business is continuing to invest in its quality systems, site capabilities, and operational infrastructure, offering the opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a highly visible quality role.Position Overview:The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee day-to-day QA activities across the site, supporting quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong GMP knowledge and the ability to work cross-functionally in a regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee site Quality Assurance activitiesMaintain and improve quality systems in line with GMP requirementsManage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, and document controlReview quality documentation and support compliance processesSupport audit and FDA inspection readinessPartner with cross-functional teams to uphold site quality standardsCandidate Requirements:Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated manufacturing environmentBackground in OTC, pharma, personal care, or similar regulated categoriesStrong knowledge of GMP and quality systemsExperience with CAPAs, deviations, investigations, and change controlPrior FDA audit or inspection exposure preferredStrong communication skills and a hands-on approachApplication Process:This search is being conducted confidentially.
