The VP will also be involved in governance, compliance, and monitoring, ensuring that all credit applications meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.Applicants must have 5-7 years' of credit experience in financial services, with a minimum of 3-5 years' specifically covering financial institutions. A strong foundation in accounting, finance, and the FI sector is essential, as is the ability to quickly analyze complex credit applications and produce clear written summaries. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a team-oriented, collaborative work style.
