By joining the Right at Home East Atlanta team, you will have the unique opportunity to improve the quality of life for those you serve by working for one of the fastest-growing international home care companies with over 25 years of experience.Responsibilities and DutiesIn this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their homePerforming housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroomPreparing meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompanying client on errands or medical appointmentsBathing/Showering/Dressing/ShavingMedication remindersAssisting with prescribed range of motion exercisesDementia careCompanionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.Certified Nursing Assistants/CNA Qualifications and Skills:High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistanceAbility to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobPossess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurancePass a fingerprint background checkCNA license REQUIREDHoyer lift experience preferredCredentials Needed:Current CNA License in the state of GeorgiaValid Driver's LicenseValid Car InsuranceSocial Security Card/PassportNon-Expired Negative TB testCPR & First Aid CertificationsMotor Vehicle Report for past 7 yearsRight at Home is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates, supports and promotes diversity and inclusion.
