Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Assistant, located in Tucson, AZ. The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for managing customer invoices, tracking and processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring proper follow-up on overdue accounts. Additional responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, assisting with financial reporting tasks, and collaborating with the accounting team to support the company’s financial processes. Qualifications Proficiency in accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and payment trackingAttention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate financial recordsCustomer service abilities to professionally handle payment inquiries and communicationsFamiliarity with accounting software and basic financial reporting toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the landscaping, service, or similar industries is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certification in accounting is preferred
