Project Manager – Professional Services

Location: Remote, Anywhere in the US Apply:careers@splan.com We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role will manage customer implementation projects for identity, physical security, and access control solutions. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Professional Services, software implementation, PIAM, identity management, visitor management, or access control projects. Responsibilities Manage customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. Create and track project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and action items. Coordinate with customers, engineering, implementation, support, product, and third-party vendors. Lead customer meetings, status calls, project reviews, and escalations. Manage projects involving identity systems, access control integrations, visitor management, and physical security platforms. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. Support project documentation, reporting, handoff to support, and process improvements. Requirements 5+ years of project management experience. Experience managing identity, physical security, access control, or enterprise software implementation projects. Strong customer-facing communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Understanding of systems such as access control, SSO, APIs, directories, HR systems, or identity platforms. PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
