They ensure that program activities run smoothly, meet organizational goals, and comply with policies and regulations.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement program activities, events, and initiativesMonitor program progress and ensure timelines, goals, and deliverables are metMaintain program records, reports, and documentation.Communicate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders regarding program updatesAssist in developing program materials, guidelines, and proceduresIdentify areas for program improvement and recommend solutionsProvide administrative and logistical support for program operationsEnsure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulationsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative supportStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teamsAbility to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to established processesSelf-motivated individual with strong learning agility, a proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the workplaceStrong work habits, including punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendanceMust be a US citizen or legal permanent residentPreferred QualificationsProfessional background in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on contract manufacturing operationsExperience with program evaluation or data analysis.Familiarity with project management tools or databasesPMI CAPM or PMP certificationRate: $32-$37/hour
