Dietary SupervisorPlan for, prepare and serve regular and special diets to patients, staff and guests. Assists Dietary Manager with planning and maintaining quality procedures, staff work schedules, designing menus, completing inventory, ordering food & supplies, ensuring proper cleaning/sanitization as well as meeting all approved standards set forth by Brynn Marr Hospital.Brynn Marr Hospital is committed to providing the highest standard of psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, and children. Trade, vocational school training or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience in food service as a supervisor required. Experience in health care food service facility preferred.License: ServeSafe certificationPhysical requirements: Medium Work Exerting 20 50 pounds of force occasionally or 10 25 pounds of force frequently or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds of force frequently or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
