Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations at the facility, manage production schedules, ensure safety and compliance, and lead a team in achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, maintaining equipment, managing budgets, and collaborating with leadership to align operations with company goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and developing teams.Proficiency in operational and production processes, scheduling, and process optimization.Knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair procedures, and overall facility management.Experience in safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and performance.Experience in the recycling, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
