Key Responsibilities
Understand and address customer needs through product options and configurations
Drive new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
Provide product expertise to support sales, renewals, and technical demonstrations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field
Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
Knowledge of the Legal Content market and relevant products
Strong prospecting and operational abilities
Ability to develop and execute project plans across multiple business units
