We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at our clinic located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. We achieve this with: Administrative team that focuses on operations, scheduling, non-parent communication, recruitment and hiring Insurance team that focuses on credentialing and funding, including appeals Clinical director and clinical committee to oversee procedures and projects Supervision and/or mentoring by a BCBA A team of experienced BCBAs with team meetings and retreats Employee committee to monitor employee satisfaction, assess preferences, implement reinforcement systems Structured onboarding, training, and growth for RBTs through scheduled 1:1 meetings and RBT growth ladder Electronic data collection via Catalyst Program, materials, and resource libraries Established systems for group activities, social skills contexts, generalization settings, and other learning contexts Clinical committee, which researches and develops default procedures and special projects Commitment to social validity of goals, procedures, and outcomes through listening to the autistic community Culture committee that organizes events to come together for fun, wellness, and/or philanthropic focuses selected by our employees Opportunity to supervise students seeking BCBA credential through our fieldwork program · High retention levels for employees- BCBA’s-6 years.
