Job Title: Network Architect / Engineer – TS/SCI ClearedLocation: Joint Base Lewis McChord, WAExperience Required: 10+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are actively seeking an experienced Network Architect / Engineer to support a mission-critical defense program focused on enterprise intelligence and secure network operations within the DoD environment.This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale classified network infrastructures supporting national security and operational modernization initiatives.🔹 Position OverviewThe selected candidate will play a key role in the design, integration, modernization, and strategic management of secure intelligence enterprise networks. You will collaborate closely with multiple defense and engineering organizations to ensure interoperability, scalability, and compliance across complex classified environments.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Design and manage enterprise-level network architectures supporting intelligence operations• Plan and oversee integration of LAN/WAN environments across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, CENTRIXS, and exercise networks• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, and cross-domain solutions• Optimize network performance, scalability, and security across classified infrastructures• Develop technical solutions and modernization strategies to support evolving mission requirements• Collaborate with DoD engineering teams for seamless integration and compliance• Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 network issues and coordinate resolutions with external vendors/agencies• Maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, disaster recovery plans, and technical documentation🔹 Required Qualifications• U.S. Citizenship required• Active TS/SCI Clearance required• 10+ years of experience in network architecture and engineering• Strong expertise with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, tunneling, and network security principles• Experience with NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, CENTRIXS, and enterprise DoD environments• Hands-on experience managing routers, switches, firewalls, and cross-domain technologies• Strong understanding of VMware, Windows Server environments, and data communications systems• In-depth knowledge of DoD/Army networking and information assurance policies🔹 Preferred Qualifications• Experience integrating Army/Joint C4I systems such as GCCS and DCGS-A• Experience supporting tactical intelligence feeds including Global Hawk and Gray Eagle• Strong background in enterprise troubleshooting and strategic IT planning• Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP🔹 Why Join?• Support mission-critical defense and intelligence operations• Work alongside highly skilled engineering and military teams• Exposure to advanced enterprise and tactical network technologies• Opportunity to contribute directly to modernization initiatives within the DoD spaceInterested candidates can apply directly or reach out to discuss the opportunity further.
