Job Title : Nurse PractitionerDuration : 4-5 Months Assignment (temp to hire)Locations : Kokomo, IN 46902 (Onsite)Schedule : 24 hours per week; prefer Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, there could be flexibility.Start Date : 06/15/2026Duties:Provides assistance and support to physicians and other medical providers in assessing, planning, and providing patient care. Requires a current RN license and completion of a certified Practitioner program. This is a favorable employer in the area that has just built a brand-new health center. This would be a desirable position to have.Skills: Primary care, point of care testing, lab draws, chronic disease management, biometric screenings, physicals. No dispensing license needed. Mainly adults, some children ages 16 and up. Prefers Nurse Practitioner.Education: Requires a current RN license and completion of a certified Practitioner program.
