Financial Analyst Position Summary:A growing healthcare company in the North Dallas area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This entry-level role will support financial reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across the organization. The analyst will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.This position provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to develop strong financial modeling, reporting, and business analysis skills within a growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and update recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analysisReconcile financial data across multiple systems including Great Plains, Power BI, and Excel modelsAssist with variance analysis by identifying key revenue, margin, and expense driversMaintain and improve standardized reporting templatesBusiness & Operational SupportAssist with preparation of financial materials for internal leadership meetingsSupport ad hoc analysis, data pulls, and reconciliationsPartner with accounting to validate financial data and resolve coding discrepanciesData Integrity & Process ImprovementDocument assumptions, methodologies, and data sources for assigned reportsEnsure adherence to documentation, version control, and reporting standardsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and improved templatesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or analytical experience acceptable)Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and financial modeling fundamentalsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Consider This Role:Opportunity to join a growing organization following a recent acquisitionDirect exposure to finance leadership and cross-functional teamsClear career progression within the finance organizationCollaborative and team-oriented environment
