Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is a leading provider of maintenance and repair services across the Southeast. We are seeking afull-time Cart/Equipment Maintenance Technician/Truck Leaderto service supermarket facilities at night throughoutNorthern, Central and Southern Florida. **This region is mainly travel.
This is ahands-on, field-based rolethat combines mechanical service work with responsibility for a dedicated service truck and assigned territory. Requirements
Pressure cleaning, minor MIG welding, caster & wheel change, plus other miscellaneous repairs of rolling grocery store equipment (shopping carts, floats, bakery racks, etc.)
Mechanically inclined with experience performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs on industrial or retail equipment
Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete field-ready repairs
Comfortable working at night, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to50 lbs
Strong organizational, time-management, and route-planning skills
Effective communicator; able to work independently while coordinating with the corporate office
Able to travel a minimum of 75% of the time
Valid driver’s license with aclean driving record (5-year MVR review)
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of operating as asingle-person crew
Willing and able to travel throughoutNorthern, Central Florida and Southern Florida
Must reside within 25 miles of 13366 South Military Trail , Delray Beach , FL (truck parking location)
Smartphone required for data and voice communication
Must pass drug screening, background check, and federal Social Security verification
Accurately record all time worked, including production, vehicle maintenance, administrative tasks, and reactive work orders

Compensation Structure
Starting pay of $850 per week is based on completing a full week of scheduled service locations
Additional pay is availablefor completing mandatory reactive work orders and supporting backlog catch-up
