Review construction drawings and technical documents to verify accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Manage contractor relationships, oversee subcontractor activities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct regular construction inspections and quality control checks to identify issues early and implement corrective actions. Monitor project costs, track progress against budgets, and assist in cost management efforts to optimize resource utilization. Facilitate construction safety management by enforcing safety policies, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Requirements Proven experience in construction management, including infrastructure construction project management and site supervision. Strong background in construction estimating, scheduling coordination, and contract management. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively within a construction management role. Technical expertise in construction drawing review, quality inspection, and construction inspection processes. Electrical experience is highly desirable for projects involving electrical systems or infrastructure components. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) for planning and reporting purposes. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction safety management practices. Experience managing multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team leadership, and reporting. Knowledge of cost management strategies and construction schedule coordination techniques.
