The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.The Delivery Driver (Non-CDL / Class E) is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on support in loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.What You'll DoOperate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and company policiesDeliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on timePerform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issuesVerify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each deliveryObtain required documentation, such as signatures or proof of deliveryMaintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperworkInteract professionally with customers and job site personnelAddress questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experienceLoad, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transportAssist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as neededSupport warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materialsFollow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPEReport any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptlyPerform additional duties as needed to support business operationsWhat You'll BringValid driver’s license (Class E or equivalent) with a clean driving recordStrong commitment to safety and responsible driving practicesGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable and dependable work ethicExperience in delivery, warehouse, or material handling rolesFamiliarity with building materials or similar productsExperience operating forklifts or other material handling equipmentAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as requiredAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the dayComfortability with working in a combination of driving, warehouse, yard, and outdoor environmentsComfortability with exposure to varying weather conditions and job site environmentsAbility to work extended hours based on business needsWhat You'll EarnHealth Care Benefits401(k) with employer matchPaid Time OffBenefits for union‑represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.About The CompanyQXO is the fastest growing publicly traded distributor of building products in North America.
