About The Confluence The Confluence is a residential centre dedicated to holistic well-being, conscious living, and integrated learning through yoga, Ayurveda, science, sustainability, and leadership practices. www.theconfluence.co.in Location The Confluence is located in Raigarh District, Maharashtra, set in a serene natural environment. It is approximately 120 km from both Mumbai and Pune, making it equidistant from the two metros. Role Overview The Wellness Retreat Manager will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of retreat operations, ensuring a seamless integration of wellness services with hospitality and facility management. Key Responsibilities Overall day-to-day management of the wellness retreat Coordination and supervision of Ayurvedic treatment services Management of guest accommodation, rooms, housekeeping, and facilities Oversight of cafeteria and food services aligned with wellness principles Staff supervision, scheduling, and coordination with service providers Ensuring a calm, welcoming, and well-organized guest experience Supporting residential retreats, workshops, and long-stay programs Upholding standards of hygiene, care, discipline, and professionalism Desired Profile Experience in hospitality management, wellness retreats, resorts, or healthcare facilities Background or working knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies may be advantageous Exposure to or interest in yoga, wellness, or holistic living practices Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills Calm, responsible, service-oriented, and adaptable Willingness to be closely involved with on-site operations What We Offer A meaningful role in a purpose-driven wellness and learning environment Opportunity to grow with a long-term vision rooted in Indian wisdom and contemporary relevance Compensation commensurate with experience and responsibilities How to Apply Interested candidates may send their resume along with a brief statement of interest to: theconfluence@isfgroup.in +91 90826 70871
