Parts Manager-Shop
Arctic Snow & Ice Control is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Manager to support our fast-paced shop and fleet operations. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflow, minimizing downtime, and ensuring our parts inventory is accurate, stocked, and organized.Responsibilities: Manage daily parts operations and inventory levels to support in-house maintenance and repairs Maintain accurate inventory records through consistent data entry and tracking Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to prevent shortages or delays Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and parts-related documentation Coordinate and complete parts pickups as needed Organize and maintain the parts department for efficiency and accessibility Communicate with shop leadership regarding inventory needs and operational supportRequirements: Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel experience preferred) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Previous parts, inventory, or maintenance shop experience preferred (not required)
