Position: Technical Analyst Intermediate This is a Remote position JOB SUMMARY: Analyzes and responds to user requested new development and system modifications. Designs technical solutions to information problems. Performs technical tasks related to project completion, including problem analysis, program development and testing. documentation, and implementation. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Verifies system performance via test data Assists in coordinating user departmental requirements with other ISS Solutions functional areas, including but not limited to, requests for or issues with enterprise sign-on credentials, database changes, and general technical support Reports project progress and activity to a higher-level technical analyst or management designate Supports departmental initiatives such as the planning, testing and documentation of system enhancements or platform upgrades Responsible for developing an understanding of assigned applications and programming skills where applicable Maintains individual work schedule and submits progress reports Prepares operational documentation for HTM and application support operations Organizes information in accessible project files Provides application support to end users with minimal supervision Installs, maintains, and upgrades assigned application software as required Assists subordinate and peer level team analysts, sharing expertise, as needed Assist with test plans, creates, and modifies program code, assists in development of test scripts, prior to system and release implementations Responsible for gathering data for problem analysis and resolutions, including interviews of relevant personnel Recommends system enhancements to provide continued efficiency and compliance Maintains communications with team members, end users, supervisors, and managers EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree in Biomedical Services or other related fields and/or 6 years of equivalent work experience in the HTM field Benefits Our benefits package is designed to attract, retain and motivate high caliber professionals in support of the mission and goals of ISS Solutions.
