1st Shift Materials Support Representative
Fulfillment Line Runners serve as expediters in Order Fulfillment. They help set up for the shift, monitor the usage of products and other materials, and ensure the line always has products available to keep the line moving efficiently and does not come to a standstill.Hours for the 1st shift are 7 am to 3pm with a starting wage of $17.50/hrOT including weekends as needed.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toSet up and stage product on production line. Remove product back to warehouse at the end of daily productionMove inventory from warehouse to production line and scan into systemConstantly monitor product usage to ensure production line does not run short on productEnsure correct product is staged on production line according to 'pick priority report'At daily production completion, move product back into warehouseFollow GMP's and food safety rules including maneuvering through assembly lines in a way that does not cause cross-contaminationMay assist on order picking fulfillment line as needed for coverageAssist warehouse associates by moving product and scanning into systemSweeping and clearing debris in the freezer at the end of each shiftAssist with other tasks (e.g., order picking, line staging, product movement, training, etc.)Required Skills and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalentClose attention to detail and numbersGood organization & communication skillsAbility to multi-task, and work quickly but safely (e.g., don't run into people, spill food, etc.)Demonstrated commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety rulesDemonstrated behaviors consistent with our core values: Teamwork, Relentlessly Dependable, Appreciation & Respect, Innovation & Constant Improvement, and Nourishing our CustomersPreferred Skills and Experience Food production or assembly line experience strongly desiredPhysical Requirements Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and armsFrequently required to stand, communicate, and listenOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouchOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAble to perform repetitive movementsAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)Company OverviewMom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
