Cost Accountant

Compensation: To $95KJob Overview – Cost Accountant – 34223We are seeking a Cost Accountant to support a global manufacturing organization with deep industry roots and a strong U.S. presence. This role reports to the Accounting Leader and is responsible for SAP-driven cost accounting, month-end close, and delivering actionable financial insights to leadership.This is a high-impact role that has been open due to succession planning and offers strong visibility to senior leadership, including the Managing Director.Key Responsibilities Manage product costing within SAP and maintain related master data Execute SAP month-end close activities accurately and on schedule Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and income statement trends Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting for leadership Support budgeting process, including product costing and sales assumptions Partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain on cost analysis and modeling Assist with annual audit and provide required documentation Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projectsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of manufacturing cost accounting and financial analysis experience Hands-on SAP experience required Experience with month-end close and financial reporting Strong Excel skillsAdditional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy:Seniority Level: AssociateLinked In Poster:About Our ProcessWe will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
