A company is looking for a Content Operations Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operationalization of development processes for optimal efficiency
Manage development change requests and prioritize based on business needs
Drive process efficiency and refinement through continuous improvement methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, industrial engineering, or equivalent; Master's preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience with project management methodologies like waterfall, agile, and scrum
3 years of related work experience, preferably in medical publishing or CME environment
Experience with web-based project management tools required
