Technical Program Manager

Position- Legal Systems Engineer – IroncladLocation – Sunnyvale CA, NewYork City - Onsite We are seeking a Legal Systems Engineer with hands-on experience administering and optimizing Ironclad and related legal technology platforms. This role will support Legal Operations by improving contract workflows, integrations, automation, and system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, administer, and optimize Ironclad CLM workflows and templates.Build and maintain integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and other business applications.Troubleshoot system, workflow, integration, and user-access issues.Partner with Legal, IT, Security, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.Develop reporting, dashboards, automation, and process improvements.Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, governance, and user training.QualificationsExperience in Legal Technology, Legal Operations, or Systems Engineering.Strong hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM administration and workflow configuration.Experience with APIs, integrations, automation, and SaaS platforms.Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and legal workflows.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
