Will triage cases and make determinations of referral placement for each patient.The Veterinary Care Navigator is responsible for facilitating positive relationships with referring partners, supporting hospital services, and providing exceptional customer service to both veterinary professionals and clients.Required QualificationsAssociate'sVeterinary Technology or medical field. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)3 years working as a veterinary technician or medical professional.Prior experience in a veterinary hospital, referral practice, or medical scheduling/coordination.Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology and specialty services.Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:Must be self-motivated and well-organizedMust be capable of independent judgement and decision making with minimal supervisionMust possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust possess comprehensive veterinary technical skillsMust possess ability to manage conflictExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have ability to work on diverse hospital and leadership teamsPreferred QualificationsAssociate'sVeterinary Technology.Five years of experience in a veterinary clinical setting.Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Veterinary Technician Specialist (VCS).Advertised: 28 Jan 2026 Central Standard TimeApplications close:Whatsapp Facebook LinkedIn Email App
