Family Practice - With OB Physician

Half-Day Rate - $600 Flat rate for 4-hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, summit report, including any addendums, no OT)Daily Rate - $1200 Flat Rate for 5-hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)Bonus - One-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first examsLocal candidates only, travel included in the ratesCandidates must be within 50-mile radius of home addressWilling to accept these specialties:Family MedicineInternal MedicineOrthopedic SurgeryAnyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension.Need is on a PRN basis, ongoingOption to work 1/2 Days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-Hours)One-Time non-treatment C&P exams +separate health assessmentsExams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment, range of motion testing, muscle strength testingNo Prescribing, no treatmentQuick credentialing and onboardingThere are 2 options for coverage, it will depend on the current need and will be clearly listed below:Per diem at a VES facility-provider must be within 50-mile radius of homes address listed on the CL unless otherwise notedThe provider must have their own office to see Veterans (there is no VES location in the area and VES is looking for providers that have their own office) The provider's office must be with in to-miles of the listed city unless otherwise noted.
