Sr. Business Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive business solutions and enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews and workshops.Translate business needs into clear specifications and outcomes for optimal solutions.Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation following industry best practices.Collaborate with project management and solution delivery teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategic solutions.Work closely with testing teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of test plans.Skills3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a financial services environment.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies.Proficient in requirements management tools and capable of constructing use case diagrams and process flows.Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience with content management and digital platforms, particularly Adobe AEM.Business Analysis certification (CBAP or equivalent) is a plus.Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and learn new technologies.Strong presentation and communication skills.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals feel valued and empowered.
