Job SummaryTo function as the primary contact of customers/ dealers through close coordination with relevant Neovia departments and other entities in order to ensure desired results are deliveredJob ResponsibilitiesMaintains constant communication with dealers, Neovia departments, and client in order to ensure orders are delivered to customers as per agreed service level agreementsHandles customer emails by responding within the agreed allotted timeManage calls by aiming first – call resolution, otherwise, issues raised are resolved within the agreed specific periodUtilizes different systems through data entry and relevant information download to ensure updated and accurate data source for client, dealers, and Neovia users.Ensures smooth handling of different types of customer orders by processing them from order drop until order delivery confirmationGenerates reports as required by client or managementHandles claims raised by customers through investigation and coordination with relevant parties while ensuring applicable policies or standards are adhered toOther duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school or Associate’s Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.1-3 years' relevant experience.Ability to read/write and interpret documents.PreferredBachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.Warehouse experience.Logistics experience.Physical RequirementsRequires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight. Additional InfoAbility to work in a fast paced environment.Good verbal and written communication skills.Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas.Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email).Contacts include customers/dealers, clients. and different internal departments within Neovia
