Many of our leaders started in entry-level or production roles, and we're committed to supporting team members who demonstrate craftsmanship, reliability, and a desire to grow into advanced culinary or leadership positions.Routine Tasks:Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestionsPrepare pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and other pizza items according to Joseph's recipes and quality standardsMaintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checksRestock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshnessAnswer phone calls and accurately take and prepare customer ordersPlate, package, and present items to meet Joseph's quality and appearance standardsAccurately package, label, and price self-service itemsFollow food safety and sanitation protocols at all timesOperate pizza ovens, meat and cheese slicers, knives, scales, and other Pizza equipment safelyAssist with other tasks as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of agePrior pizza preparation experience requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and reading skillsStrong attention to detail and visual presentationTeam player with a positive, service-oriented attitudeA passion for serving people and creating quality foodPhysical & Work EnvironmentA Pizza Maker performs tasks primarily within the Pizza department. This role involves walking and standing for prolonged periods and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds.
