This role will play a key part in coordinating case strategy, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient legal operations in a fast-moving fintech environment.ResponsibilitiesLitigation SupportAssist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activitiesDraft and manage legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondenceCoordinate with outside counsel and manage case-related communicationsCase ManagementMaintain case files, calendars, and deadlines across multiple mattersTrack and organize evidence, exhibits, and document productionsSupport e-discovery processes, including document review and productionRegulatory & Compliance MattersAssist with responses to regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and enforcement actionsConduct legal and regulatory research related to cryptocurrency, financial services, and money transmission lawsHelp maintain records related to compliance investigations and disputesInternal CollaborationPartner with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to gather information relevant to legal mattersAssist in internal investigations and fact-finding effortsSupport the development of internal policies and procedures related to litigation riskAdministrative & Operational SupportManage legal billing, vendor coordination, and document management systemsPrepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholdersEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive informationOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (in-house or law firm)Experience with e-discovery tools and document management systemsFamiliarity with regulatory or financial services litigation is strongly preferredExperience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or highly regulated industries is a plusStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and compliance teamsNice To HaveBasic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchainsGeneral passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrencyCompensationAnnual Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
