Instructional Aide

Job description MTCES is looking for a qualified, energetic and enthusiastic individual for the role of Instructional Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. The instructional aide will support the teachers in the classrooms in a variety of ways and on a daily basis. The aide will work closely with students to support their learning, help manage classroom activities and contribute to the overall educational experience. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent. Course work in education or related fields is a plus and previous experience in an educational setting is preferred. Pay is hourly and hours would be 8am-2pm Monday through Friday. Job sharing is a possibility with this position.
