Shift Manager
Hardee's of Dover (Rt 8) is now hiring hard working, results oriented shift leaders to come grow with us! We offer flexible schedules, medical/dental insurance, 401K and paid time off. Salaries up to $16/hour based on experience. 35-40 hours per week.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Candidate must be available to work all days/shifts 5 am-12 midnight.
Management experience a must, restaurant experience helpful.
*Responsibilities*
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize food service management skills to maintain quality standards and uphold food safety regulations.
- Follow procedures laid out for cash handling
- Conduct interviews and training sessions to onboard new staff members effectively.
- Implement inventory control procedures to monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
