Ma n age all logistics of course in person and Virtual. Cr e ate and Maintain databases for tracking attendees, post course evaluations and provides statistical data to Training Manager. Pro vide support to course instructors throughout the course training process. Col laborate with Instructional Designers, IT Specialist and Training Facilitator to ensure tasks are on track and completed. Pro vide logistical support all other training needs to include but not limited to Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program updating and reporting metrics. As s ist SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks related to training. T hi s position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth. R eq uired Experience: B ac helor’s Degree in Education. Mu s t be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance for this role. Sh a ll have a minimum of 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design, however, bachelor’s degree from an accredited university will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of specialized experience.
