Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States as of the effective date of appointment and maintain eligibility without sponsorship throughout the appointment.Required DocumentsCover LetterResume/CVList of References with Contact InformationPreferred DocumentsOther Documents #1QualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsOne or more years of recruiting experience in a higher-education setting.ResponsibilitiesIdentify qualified candidates through peer and aspirational institutions, associations, nominations, and subject matter experts.Conduct continuous outreach via email, phone, and strategic communications to top prospective talent.Develop and maintain personal relationships of trust with candidates throughout the search lifecycle.Ensure receipt of application materials and supplementary documents.Provide executive consultation to candidates for interview preparation.Meet and interact with senior faculty and administration to align strategy and facilitate search committee meetings.Escort candidates on campus and perform related duties to support successful searches.Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesEffective communication at all organizational levels via phone, email, and personal interaction.High volume of daily outbound calls.Ability to deliver work on time and manage independent workload.High level of customer service in an academic environment and professional demeanor.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and email; familiarity with management report creation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent organizational skills.Confidentiality and sensitivity with information.Personal accountability and continuous improvement mindset.Adaptability and autonomy with team accountability.Physical DemandsNormal office environment. Sitting for extended periods. No driving responsibility or direct access to children or patients.
