Staff, Software Engineer - Java / Backend

Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, highly available backend services for Walmart's multi-tenant Last Mile platform. You will collaborate with cross-geo engineering teams, product, and architects to set technical direction and establish reusable patterns that enable reliable delivery at scale. You will shape architecture, drive non-functional standards, and mentor agile teams while tackling complex data-driven challenges.
