Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a HACCP Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The HACCP Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system. Daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, training team members on food safety and hygiene protocols, conducting audits, and collaboratively working with teams to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong expertise in Food Safety, including maintaining HACCP systems and implementing associated proceduresExperience in Customer Service focusing on client needs and feedbackKnowledge of Food & Beverage processes and operationsProficiency in Training and educating team members on food handling and safety practicesTeam Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectivelyExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with regulatory standards and compliance in food safetyBachelor’s degree in food safety, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred
