Here, businesses grow and excel, and employees build fulfilling careers.ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipBuild short and long-term goals for the company in partnership with Cascade Leadership Operations ManagementLead daily/weekly meetings with Department Managers and Service Teams to drive performanceIdentify and establish the use of KPI’s to track performance.Manage the utilization of materials, and manpower to optimize profitability.Implement Quality Control standards and procedures for Installation/Repair ActivitiesEnsure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards and RegulationsPartner with Service Teams on problem-solving activitiesSales ManagementImplement processes and metrics for all aspects of sales process – lead generation, lead qualification, consultative sales process, pipeline/CRM management, deal closingFinancial ManagementManage Budget and Forecasting process to achieve revenue and profitability goalsImplement and Track Key Performance Indicators in adherence to budgetTeam LeadershipLead, mentor and develop diverse team of technicians, support staff and managersUtilize quarterly and annual review process to develop teamCustomer RelationsAddress customer concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.Vendor/Supplier ManagementEnsure timely procurement of materials and equipment at competitive prices.Implement Cascade Services preferred Vendor programRegulatory ComplianceImplement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for employees and clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degreeHVAC Experience is A Plus but not requiredStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse teamExcellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.Proficiency in financial management and BudgetingFamiliarity with relevant software and tools, including project management and CRM systems.
